Appointment & Cancellation Policy

A valid credit card must be kept on file in order to schedule and confirm appointments.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment time will be charged 50% of the visit fee, unless rescheduled for the same day.
Payment must be processed successfully before any medications or refills are ordered.
No refunds are provided after a visit has been completed.
Refunds are not issued based on treatment outcomes or if a provider determines that a specific medication will not be prescribed.
By creating an account and booking an appointment, patients agree to receive psychiatric and/or primary care services virtually through ThriveWell Health.
